Yeah thanks for your terse reminder.

These are all off the VELUX RRP price list, so the data is not meaningless. If you give me 60% off that I'll buy some off you.

Beware - I got some Velux blinds from Discount Roof Blinds, great price, but when I ordered some more and they had to be returned, there was a problem with the collection labels and DRB would not return my calls and I so had to contact the carriers myself and sort it out. Took nearly a month to get them collected and even longer to get a refund......
  • 5 posts and four of them recommend the same blind company..........

  • Hi ,I brought my velux blind through discount roof blinds after I had to give them a ring to identify the window I have, the welsh guy at the discount roof blinds went out of his way to help me and rang me back with what I had to order and I placed it through them.
I did try Itzala but I was not sure if they were an English company and if I would get the right blind as they were not as help full.I now know which company I would recomend even if you have to pay a little more.

I have dealt with this company a number of times and had no problems whatsoever. When I had a problem with delivery it turned out it was through no fault of theirs but the Courier whom VELUX had the contract with. All dealings with them have been of the utmost professional and they have gone out of their way to help me. It is the best service I have ever experienced. Perhaps you need to look at yourself before jumping to conclusions!
  • Discount Roof Blinds still look like the cheapest - even if it is only a few pounds each !
