Income support hasn't gone in

My income support hasn't hit my bank account. It always goes in on a saturday, always has done! I had a meeting with the lone parent advisor on tuesday and she didn't mention any delay or anything and now have nothing until monday when I can get to the jobcentre, as the telephone numbers on my letters say the main offices in Longbenton are closed for the weekend. How the heck do they expect people on benefit to survive if they do this to them?
LBM £18463.32 in debt 10th June 2008,
£12470.99 in debt 10th June 2009.

I'm hoping, for your sake, that it's in on Monday morning.I shot a vein in my neck and coughed up a Quaalude.

Income Support don't pay benefit to anyone on a Saturday, they only pay on weekdays. It's your bank which is paying your benefit early. If it isn't in on Monday contact your local Benefit Delivery Centre for an explanation.0 -
I think your payday is probably actually a Monday payday but for some reason some banks have it showing up on the cash machine prior to this. Check with your local office what your actual payday is too.0
