I'm sure this is real simple to do but I can't find the box to tick anywhere.

How do you when you click on an email get it to open up in a big full size window, mine currently just opens up in a window about 4 x 6 inchs

thnks

Double click the email, then MANUALLY expand the box to fill the screen, pull the edges to fit the screen, (do NOT use the maximise icon 2nd left on top right of box,), after stretching to fill the screen click the x on the box, now double click a new email, it should then open virtually full screen, and it should remember the setting.

    I thank you sir :)

so hung up on finding a button to click on never thought of doing it this way.

    cheers again :)

Now if I'd rang up a support line, I'd either still be on hold, or told to re-install my computer or have phone bill for £1000 pounds. I luv MSE
