    I had this email too and rang them hoping it was the phone but it was due to me being a loyal customer they are giving me a booklet of days out vouchers - they'll come in handy but the phone would have been nice too :rotfl:

    Took them ages for them to send me the code too.. and it is individual every time :)

    I've not had a code through either but have been getting the newsletters, I think it might have been the first day this was posted when I signed up so it's been quite a long time!

    I was playing this yesterday and when I checked my emails I had been sent about 10 different codes!!!

    Everytime you complete one game on Easy or Hard and enter your email address it sends you out a new code.
