1967 - I still can't believe a bag of chips costs more than sixpence.

According to the Halifax, about Feb '06. Another month of negative growth would put us into '05 I should think. And bearing in mind '05 was a stagnant year for housing, so that year could go by pretty quickly as well.
  • My gf and I are trying to buy a house at Jan 04' price. 10% less than the owners originally paid for it in Aug 04. it seems 04 had quite large HPI.

It would help if we all said part of country we are in. Halifax figures would give us overall, taking in to account the biggest falls are northern flats and smallest falls are???????????????????????

By trying to buy I take it you have not had the offer accepted? Have they improved the house in that period? What area are you in?

It will be a relief if 2005 goes by pretty quick. Not sure I can cope with "Is This The Way to Amarillo" being number one again...................

You weren't even a smile in your old mans eye yet, more like 1992 when you popped out.

I would say in my area maybe between late 2004 and early 2005.
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

I would say honestly, we are back to at least 2003, however, most sellers are still in 2007 <shakes head>, don't they have TVs' or newspapers.
