I am an EA and don't know of any.A retired senior partner, in own agency, with 40 years experience in property sales & new build. In latter part of career specialising in commercial - mostly business sales.0 -
One local agent claims he always wins a competition that counts sold boards. No idea who does the counting or if it is real.Been away for a while.0

There is a company called 'For Sale Board Analysis' or something along those lines. Never really read the stuff they send or e-mail,, despite being top for a few months in our area. They claim to have people driving around checking each street for boards, can't see it myself. The area I cover is fairly small & I know 95% of the boards that are up, but never 100%.
Back to the original question, I don't know of any such site, I don't think too many businesses would be happy letting the competition know their sales figures.0 -

They need some facts & figures to back there claims up. Ask to see the information they have. The claim is only really relevant to the particular time the research was done. Whats to say the other agents board contractor was driving the same route, but half an hour behind the board counter, and put another 20 sold boards up?0
