Anybody on this forum using EDF? Daughter has moved in a new flat and the previous tenants supplier is with EDF. She is going to stay with them as she is on a short contract. Does anybody what tariffs should she ask for when she rings them? Thanks

    Their online tariffs from the energy comparison sites are usually much better than their standard rate. I have online5 which was fixed till Aug 2008.
    EDF are ok but have no idea how to calculate a fixed monthly direct debit. When they worked out that mine caused an undercharge of hundreds they just notified me before they claimed it.
