I posted this on the mobile phone board but had no joy so maybe a techie will be able to help
My current orange contract is due for renewal in a month or so and I want to find a good alternative to the SPV m3100 that I currently have as orange has stopped doing them.
My current contract is an orange 18month
600 mins
unlimited texts
for about 30/month
I want to try and get a new phone but i dunno which one? Any ideas?
My current M3100 is running on windows mobile 6.1, it has a sliding touchscreen hiding a keyboard which i really like. So something with the same would be ideal.
Thanks in advance

Orange have the HTC Diamond here (o2 XDA Ignito)
Other than that, the HTC Tytn II is a good option, its the replacement model for what you have already. Or there is the HTC Touch Pro, which is an excellent phone, but a bit pricey. Some of the GloFish range are also super phones.
http://www.expansys.com/ generally have the best of the best when it comes to smartphones. Although finding some of the on contract is often difficult. I tend to buy my phones and then use a sim-only tarriff from o2. Works out much cheaper than a contract if you keep the phone for more than a year.
