Linemypocket.co.uk Rip-off

Just to make people aware about the following line in their T&C:
'Where an account has been dormant for more than 365 days and Linemypocket.co.uk has been unable to trace or make contact with the Member then any cashback in the account will be cancelled.'
They have lined their pockets with £25 of mine which I lost by not logging into my account for 1 year.
Scammmers.
Complain to the OFT (like I have) and get this stopped.

Why not log into an account for a year tho ?0

People with busy lives and other things going on could easily not log into a website for more than a year. Depends simply upon whether you 'live' on the internet or whether you have a life outside it.Don't grow up. Its a trap!
Peace, love and labradors!0 -
I think pigsback have the same t&c but after 6 months, I've only logged on intermittantly so am not entirely sure.

As I thought from Pigsback's t&csPigsback.com reserves the right to suspend any account that has been dormant for a period of 6 months or more. Pigsback.com will attempt to contact the Member, via their nominated email address, if their account is at risk of suspension through inactivity. In the absence of a satisfactory response, the account will be suspended, and any accrued PiggyPoints forfeited.
Quidco are even more vague15. We conduct regular reviews of all Quidco accounts. Where an account appears to be in our opinion inactive, we will attempt to contact you and may at our discretion terminate the account. Accrued earnings will be forfeit.
It seems to be a fairly standard t&c tbh.

Nowt you can do, read T&C's in future. Most cashback sites operate the same way regarding dormant accounts. I think it is perfectly fair that they do this aswell.0
