There is a property that is going to auction but the Estate Agents are not giving the details out.
I am trying to make sure that I do not miss out, so what companies cover Essex?
Thank you

search for a thread on here with a list of auctions on itIt is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0 -

I use Dedmans, they are based in Southend.
You can view their catalogue on-line at http://www.dedman.net/auction/0 -
Are you looking for any property being auctioned in Essex, because I think there is a site you can register with and they will send (or you can possibly access) details of all properties up for auction.
From memory I think they are called eigroup. There may be a charge, but I don't know what it is.
Or is it a specific property - if so, can you provide a little more detail.0 -
I came across this in my travels across the net.
