Cheers for that,
They have now rang back and advised that of our 650 Deposit, they are giving back 350 and keeping 300 for the work they need to do.
They have said that it may not come to as much as 300, so may get some more back by the end of the week.
Now, where do I go from here, the money we are getting back is enough to sort out new deposit as me and partner getting paid this week, so will be fine financially for another month, so I am wanting to dispute this now, one because I believe 300 quid is a bit much to retain and also because they took 3 weeks before actually following the guidelines of the deposit Scheme.
So, do I dispute it now, or wait till the exact figure they are taking and who do I contact 1st and what is the Proper procedure
Cheers again for help0
