Wickes Bathrooms - fail to deliver

Anyone thinking of having a kitchen or bathroom delivered from Wickes should think twice! I ordered a bathroom nearly a month ago, and on the day it was suppossed to have been delivered, the driver apparently could not find a good place to park (I live off a high st) - and so transported my goods all the way back from the south east to Bolton! I am incredulous that their delivery system is so inflexible that they could not try to re-deliver it within 24 hours. Since then I have been trying to get through to the people in their customer services how inconvenient it is to have to wait and take another day off work. But it has been hopeless - all I am being offered is the next deliverydate in my area, in the usual 6 hour range. Fuming!
