Congrats on the cider win but bummer that some are smashed! I really hope that they sort something out for you as I would have thought that the courier company would have insurance of some kind

They delivered my crate when i was in hospital haing my daughter and since there was no-one home they left it on my doorstep and it was stolen. I emailed them explaining the situation and within a few days they delivered another crate. U will prob get a replacement no problem. Well done

i won a case but most of the tops were loose. they were sealed on but they had leaked so some were half full. i emailed the company but havent had a reply back. hope to hear from them.
