Finding archived web pages

I remember reading about a way to find old web pages that have long since been deleted. I can't remember what it is though. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
In particular, I am wanting to find old newspaper references to a specific company, and anything else I can find too. I know about the Way Back Machine site, but you need the web address for that. I was hoping there was something where you could search on a name. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

hi
if you know the newpaper that made the reference you might be able to askthem if they still have it on file .. or even if they have a website with an archive section.
just a suggestion0 -
Unfortunately, it's not a specific article. Some newspaper sites have archive sections, but no luck so far. Thanks anyway everyone.0

If it's a company local to you, your local library might be able to help you with old newspapers and the like.0
