Has anyone had a bill from EON lately ? I was due bills on two properties mid August according to my online account and am still waiting to receive them. Both properties were last billed at the beginning of May, I pay by DD and am well in credit so I'm now worried about the cost it just seems a little strange

Phone them up.
Something similar happened to me. I actually submitted my meter readings online, but was not billed. I telephone them and they said the billing was an automatic function and sometimes it did not update. They did it manually and it showed on my account within 48 hours.

Energy suppliers are obliged to send atleast one bill/statment per year - dont worry if you dont receive one however if a bill says you are in debit, give them a call straight away and ask them to re-assess your direct debit so you dont go into arrears0

I wonder if they have changed you to just being able to view your bills online? I never get a paper bill, they just email me every quarter to say that my bill is ready to view. Is this a possibility?0

It can sometimes happen if the reading is estimated and you then enter a reading on line that's lower than the billed estimate (or out of sequence for what's expected). It will get sorted but as previous posters say calling should get it resolved more quickly.0
