Mandymack: both Inverness stores did have RO stock, but the Eastgate one only had a small amount and didn't get much of anything in again as the store is so small.

The Retail Park store is actually classed as an RO store so they had more stock. Although compared with further down South, there wasn't a great deal and they certainly didn't get big RO shipments in like other stores did.)

There might be the odd thing now, but that's about it. Having said that, the last 'odd thing' that they had was a couple of weeks ago and was an Animal Dyson so it's always worth checking.

Rumour has it that the Retail Park store is going to be made an 'extra' store and it is to be extended upwards, to add another floor. Keep your fingers crossed!

Handy bit of information to know jo with postage costs, I think I tend to fear the worst on postage charges, If anyone finds the scalextrix "item" would luv one for kids specialy now im better informed on likely postage, the cd clcok radio be nice too! tried both on every argos within 30 miles!

hi everybody,just a quick question....could anybody please tell me has anybody else had the same problem as me where eveytime i go to pick up my scaletrics car and track after reserving it 4 times at different stores,it doesnt turn up on the order!!!!!!im desperate to get hold of one so if anybody has a spare they wanna sell to me my son will be really chuffed and proberly his father too

There is a cd clock sitting tantalizing me on the shelf in Craigleith store!! Was told on Monday it was reserved and being picked up by someone from another store, presumably staff. It was still there today but now with a toy pushed in front of it in a vain attempt to hide it :-X

Regarding expenses to collect and post for people, if I thought it was going to cost me loads to do I probably wouldn't offer to do so but when I have gone specifically for someone I managed to pick up a set of luggage which made my trip well worth the effort

Yep, I can't get my hands on one despite having reserved several at different stores. There must be incorrect stock figures on the system.

Yeah, I've just tried all the London stores and half the Essex ones and not one to be found anywhere. I read your post wrong initially and thought you meant that No (i.e. number 671......) was available nationwide. Boy was I excited until I started phoning and then I re-read your post......! ;D

that same cd clock has been on the shelf for at least 2 weeks, if its for staff it should be taken away!!! was told it was being collected last tuesday!! ( i tried to get i for aliasojo!!)

Sorry to ask, but having spent the last few weeks reading all the posts (congrats Jojo on the 1K ::) ) Just thought I would ask anyways.

Im stopping near Southampton for a few days, and will be heading to the Argos Extra on West Quay later tonight. If anyone would like me to try any codes out I would be happy to collect and post for you.

Sunday I will be back in Milton Keynes so can do Milton Keynes and Bletchley Extra Stores.

I will look the codes up for myself, as I can read ;D but was wondering if any of the cordless phones are still making an appearence?? the reason I ask is for my ex-mum-in-laws (the outlaws ) she has great differcultly in getting around and just thought this would be a handy thing to get.
