has anyone ordered from them before.
two weeks ago i ordered a pair of trainers for my daughter and yes typical the money has been taken from my account and no sign of any trainers.

the contact number they give is constantly...and i mean constantly engaged...gggrrr
and i have emailed x 4 with no reply .

has anyone got any ideas on what i can do next.

    Not sure if you have sorted this out yet - i hope you have but just to let you know I had the same problem with buying new boots - no replies from any of my emails or recorded letter that i had sent to the head office.

    I contacted https://www.consumerdirect.gov.uk and they suggested when i had the problem to send a recorded letter so that you have proof of posting, so could you do that and also state that you expect a reply by such and such a date. Outline what you bought, cost, etc. Could you also fax the same letter to them? Let me know!
