Hi we are moving into a new build home at the end of this month and we are looking for info on how we go about getting the best deals on gas and elec cause when we go on the comparison websites they all ask us who we are currently with and how much we use but we both are living with parents and dont have any gas or elec bills to pay,
so how do we go about getting the best deals and who will be best for us to go with so any info much apprieciated cheers. p.s there will be five of us moving into new house 2 adults and three kids

Just try various amounts of gas and electricity in kWh and you will build up a pattern of who is cheapest.
The average is 20,500kWh for gas and 3,300kWh pa for electricity. Use that as a start point.
You almost certainly will get BG Click5 as the cheapest, but that is because they have yet to raise their prices.(most of the others did a few weeks ago)
The internet tariffs will be cheapest.
Initially you will have to use whoever the developers have connected for gas and electricity and you will probably have correspondence addressed to 'The Occupier'0
