Rm easylink home directory fails to open using Vista!

Hi,

I'm not sure if anyone will know what to do but I will explain just incase someone does?

I am a teacher and on my old computer I could access all my files saved on the system at school by using RM Easylink. It is fantastic as you can alter files at home or view them and then save them back to the school's system to open the next day at school.

My problem started when I bought my newlap (Vista) since then I can not open my documents. When I click on Select this icon to show your Home Directory the next page is blank! It does not show my files.

Our IT lady gave me this info:

RM Easylink™ works locally on the Community Connect 3 network, and remotely for the majority of users without any problems. However, one or more remote users have problems opening their Home Directory. They receive an error message "Documents in this folder are not available. The folder may have been moved or deleted, or network problems may be preventing a connection to the server" or the page loads but is completely blank.

There is a known and documented issue with Microsoft Webdav which has been addressed with a Microsoft Hotfix.

Be aware that this problem has not been replicated by RM, and the Microsoft solution has not been validated.
This Hotfix is NOT supported by RM.

Further advice on the problem can be found on the Microsoft Support Knowledgebase under article Q892211.

A downloadable Hotfix (Webfldrs-KB892211-ENU.exeWebfldrs-KB892211-ENU.exe) is available to download from the Microsoft Website.

BUT IS HAS NOT HELPED AS I STILL CAN'T ACCESS MY DOCUMENTS!

Can anyone help me??
