Hi They can mailshot em all they like, I just put it straight in the recycling anyway
I do hope you tear off your address before binning them! I always rip the address off junk mail, or at least scribble out the address, so there's nothing identifiable.I wish I was a glow worm, a glow worm's never glum
Cos how can you be gloomy, when the sun shines out your bum?0 -

Name/address details all freely available on the Electoral Roll or even the phone book. Doubt anybody wants your address that much to go ferreting in your bin:j30/7/10:j

Not what you want to hear, probably...but in my opinion, it's best to stay within the law and not get too greedy.0 -

I expect that fter a call to that number the possibility would become obvious anyway. Its up to the individuals how they use it.
I'm sure some will be sucessful in getting vouchers just as I was but I'm sure that the company issueing them will change the rules as demand increases. I doubt if they will stop it altogether
Companies like this and insurance companies themselves seek out peoples renewal dates for both home and motor insurance. many will notice that as their renewal date draws near a flood of junkmail starts coming offering huge discounts. Quickpages is no exception.
I'm sure quickpages will change the rules and require proof that quotes have been asked for.
I suggest that to be sure of getting your voucher you actually call 3 companies for quotes getting a reference numbers before calling Quickpages.
It took me under 20 minutes to go through the rigormorole. 20 mins for a tenner isn't so badIWasLookingBackToSeeIfSheWasLookinBackToSeeIfIWasLookinBackAtHer.....0 -
The 0800 number you quoted for phoning in "results" is now not responding... "number not recognised".
Maybe it was the natural end of the work. Or maybe the company has realised they were being conned.
As someone who did legitimate market research into car insurance renewal, using (another) company that actually recorded the calls made - I hope that genuine completers of the survey work you have quoted, are going to get their vouchers. It would be too bad if the cupidity of others has meant that the company has simply pulled the plug. Perhaps you will get some feedback?0 -

I called them, randomly made up quotes and was told my £10 M&S voucher would be dispatched within 28 days.
Fingers crossed
Thanks0 -
Heres a useful tip.
I cant promise all stores will do this but I dont see why not
If you spend less than the value of the voucher I've known them to give cash as change so buy something like a bar of chocolate for £1.00 and get £9 change in cash.
I've known them to do it.
Sainsburys give cash for change every time for their vouchers and nectar points tooIWasLookingBackToSeeIfSheWasLookinBackToSeeIfIWasLookinBackAtHer.....0
