Help needed for bluetooth ear piece

I have a PV703 bluetooth ear piece which has an auto pairing function, at present it is paired with my Sony Erricson K800i however I have changed my phone to a Nokia 6300 and cannot get the bluetooth to pair with my Nokia.
I have also lost my instructions does anyone know what I am to to do to get my bluetooth to pair with my Nokia
