hi thanks everyone for replying, i would just like to let you know what has happened the day after i posted the tread.
When i moved out i asked a neighbour (who shared the same letterbox as me across the landing) to collect any remaining post that might come adressed to me as i have had my post redirected but it would take 5 working days to happen.
I went to collect my post from the neighbour and guess what !!! they have moved another tenant into my old flat and this was only 1 day after she had told me my deposit was not being refunded due to it being dirty !!!!
I rang and explained to her that obviously if there is a new tenant in the flat then her "cleaners" were obviously not going to do any cleaning, she got very angry on the phone and said i had no right going back to the property to which i replied that i was going to next doors property, not hers.
Since then she has ignored my calls so i am going to write a warning letter, but i really dont know what to put in it, can anyone give me a brief idea please

Dear,......... return my deposit within seven days, failing that, I will to lodge a claim in court against you.
Wonder if there was a fan in the bathroom? giving all the mould problems!
They rented it quick, must be a sought after area.0 -
To move someone in so quick means either
- it wasn't that bad
- she's not cleaned it (You know she didn't do this for you moving in)
Either way the cash is yours.
Take her to court if needs be.0
