on website security and how people should think about where their details are online and how they can be seen... this comes after finding out a local man has used the same password which is available in the View / Source for around 4 websites which included the names, addresses, mobile numbers and various other information.
Im not allowed to mention anything about the gentleman or the websites in question. I basically have to make people think twice about their own details being available online and get to check themselves....
Im not very good with words. How should i start off?

Don't bother. You're wasting your breath. Its been done to death a thousand times, even on the BBC and ITV stations.
You only have to look in this very forum where we've banged on about security for eternity yet you still get the "I was on this website and a window popped up saying I had 20 viruses so I clicked on it and now I can't access my Hotmail account" type posts to realise you're talking to a brick wall.
These people are terminally stupid. They'll read the article, go "Ooh I didn't realise that." or "Isn't that bad?" then carry on exactly as they did before because they've the attention span of a gnat or using basic security prevents them from downloading that sparkly thing on the interweb that they really think they should have which inevitably turns out to be virus ridden.0
