Hello all.
I wonder if there is some kind soul that will take pity on me.
I have just spent the last 2 hours going through USwitch, Moneysupermarket and energy helpline trying to seek a better deal for my gas and electric.
Despite being in credit of over £100, my current supplier (npower) is demanding an increase in payment. Granted, the increase works out at only £12 per month, but even so, I feel I am paying them to save money for me! Not likely! lol
I just don't know which way to turn though. I am REALLY confused. The current 2 faves seem to be Scottish Power's Discounted Energy Online 2009 Duel Fuel tariff, OR Eon Energy Online Extra Saver Dual Fuel 8.
Now, How do I know if these prices have already been increased?
Some tariff's seem to have costly "escape" clauses that you have to pay if you want to switch again. I don't know which way to go.
Any advice anyone?
I currently spend £43 per month on gas, and £77 on Electricity.
Advice would really be appreciated...!
