    Without knowing what the job you want to go from to where you want to go, in this day and age the average job span is 3 yr shelf life, you could say you are looking for new challenges, ifs its a bigge school - more challenges to meet, smaller school, looking for more involvement in day to day situation.

    There only a couple of quick suggestions, but something to work on?
