Fake brand name clothes on ebay?!

Hey, I bought some "diesel" jeans a few weeks back for a [now come to mention it, too good to be true price]. However the original auction made out they were totally genuine.
Granted they were cheap ish (one pair around 35 the other around 25) but they are obvious fakes (dont hold the same quality as say my TH jeans [RRP 130]), what are my rights?
I cant really see it worth sending them back, they are still "okay" jeans but I (and others) were obviously decieved.
Does anyone have any suggestions, should I just pin it down to "live n learn"?

you could email the seller and see what he has to say. he may offer a refund if you are not happy.
OR You could report him to ebay for selling fakes.
OR You could leave him feedback (if you're really sure they are fakes!) saying these are fakes and not real diesel jeans - should dent his future sales..0 -
Sadly feedback isn't an option, he's disabled leaving comments.. and with hundreds of positive ratings, I doubt 1 negative will be worth my negative (with 40 transactions myself)0

No I always look at negative feedback, it is very useful especially when it is recent. Looks like you'll have to report him to ebay. How did you pay? Can you get your money back from your credit card company? paypal etc?0

Yeah I can, the guy doesn't seem unreasonable at all.. The delivery was late due to the post but he was happy to refund on that basis.0
