My OH is currently dealing with this company. We haven't heard a thing since July despite many emails and requests for updates. They haven't even acknowledged receipt of some documentation we sent them, we know they have them as they were sent via recorded delivery
Same here; they just completely ignore emails and requests for updates. And seeing as they got id with address on etc its worrying0 -
Report them to the ministry of justice. Their claims number is 10589.
