    Why do you need a company to claim back what you could quite easily do yourself most of the time. Join the thread PPI reclaiming discussion.:D

    Hi yes I have used them. If you are just trying to get PPI back you would probably be best to do that yourself. They cannot handle claims less than £5000.00.

    If you have more than one claim and the aggregate sum comes to more than £5000 will they take a case on then?

    No separate claims. All depends whether you are going for unenforceable or void loans which is what they look into. If that is the case it will probably be more than 5,000

    Have they given you a time scale and do they get in touch regularly?

    Is referred to solicitor they say 6 - 9 months and send you copies of all correspondence.

  • My OH is currently dealing with this company. We haven't heard a thing since July despite many emails and requests for updates. They haven't even acknowledged receipt of some documentation we sent them, we know they have them as they were sent via recorded delivery :confused:
