sky TV one off £75 payment CON

having took out the sky tv 1 off payment last november,i tonight got a call of a money reclaiming company saying i owe £96.00 I have now been trying to get through to sky for 35 minutes and counting,on cancelling on the correct date i was assured that was the end of the matter,anyone else suffered the same fate.

I've been thinking about getting this Sky deal, however I've read quite a few reports of problems like yours.

I found the on the vent section of this forum. The one reason I have not bought this package yet. I don't need the hassle.

Sorry, I've just looked and can't find it. There was definatley a long thread about cancellation problems. It may have actually been on the thread when Martin was highlighting it on his weekly email. I'll keep looking. I dare say someone will post a link soon if I don't find it sooner.
