make cauli cheese?0
-
1. mash it with potatoes - great for veg-phobic kids (you don't really notice the cauli)
2. make a cauli cheese
3. add it to a stir fry
4. make a soup with cauli, broccoli, blue cheese etc - yum!
5. add to a stew
6. batter and deep fry - NOT good for the waistline :rotfl:0 -
that was my first thought but alas i have no cheese.....or cheese sauce. think i might buy both tomorrow and whip up a semi homemade cheese sauce. yummy.
battered and fried sounds totally lush but as you said totally deadly
could i freeze it and then just reheat when needed?Other women want a boob job. Honey the only silicone i'm interested in is on a 12 cup muffin tray, preferably shaped like little hearts

Cauli and pea curry - delicious!!
Soften an onion, add curry paste and stock (or water, chuck in the cauli and some frozen peas, serve with rice :drool:0 -
-cauliflower pakora.
-vegetable curry.
-blanche it and freeze it.
Afraid thats as exciting as it gets for now!
Oh I want cauliflower now! (hmmmm just had broccoli quiche with onion and cheese in- wonder if you could do cauli quiche ?)

If you freeze cauli after it has cooked it goes quite soggy - so best used as an ingredient!
Enjoy the cauli cheese.0
