Contacted their cs address a few days ago,got my reply today stating that the speakers would be arriving separately,fingers crossed they'll be here soon.

i put the speakers in my cart and entered the code but nothing stating that the speakers were free.

I ordered three items from this site, which I could have got cheaper elsewhere, but wanted the FREE speakers. Like many of you before I added them to my basket, added the promo code etc and yet the speakers never showed. When emailing them they took 5 days to get back to me only for them to tell me that I HADN'T added the speakers to my basket !!! Flippin cheek...I knew I had !!!

Anyway, after much emailing back and forth over the course of a week I returned the items and DEMANDED a refund telling them that they're customer service was crap (far stronger word actually used) !

The funny thing is.....guess what turned up on my doorstep the other day......yep my FREE speakers...lol lol lol

I had an email atating that i had added the speakers to my cart and that they were free! how long did it take for the speakers to turn up after ur order?

its been over 3 weeks today since i ordered!... :mad:

It took around three weeks, you never know they may be winging they're way to you right now ! Mind you I have to say they are not that great and certinately not worth all the hassle and bad customer care, just to recieve them.

Fingers crossed you get yours anyway x

I have only got the contact details you have listed already Smartie .. sorry can't be of any help!

Have you tried looking for a contact number listed elsewhere? yell.co.uk or saynoto0870?

Edit: just looked on the order sheet that was sent with my order.

only other email address listed there is [email="returns@ipodworld.co.uk"]returns@ipodworld.co.uk[/email] Maybe you can try sending one there and tell them you want a call back as no one has responded to your other emails and/or isn't answering the phone!

Also, on the sheet it states "Short delivery or damaged product(s) must be notified within 3 days of receipt" did you say your order was short right? It was you who had to pay extra for the speakers to be delivered ... ?!?!

no probs Smartie ..... just a shame they wouldn't respond to you ... their loss in both sales and future customer!

Like others have said, you can get the same stock cheaper elsewhere ... the only pull factor here was the speakers.
