but i recieved a order print out and it said that the speakers were packed at the same time as the other item by the same person.

smartie, I would give them a ring or email in that case. Your situation doesn't seem to be covered in their help pages!
I also placed an order for two ipod shuffle covers plus the free speakers (aswell as a seperate order for just the speakers plus p+p which I've received). The former is at the post office waiting for me to collect, I wonder if my speakers are missing too! Hope not!

they said i have to send it back they made a mistake!
I know they made a mistake.... and i have to foot the postage costs too!

I'm not quite sure what would happen if you didn't put any stamps on it, but you could try contacting them again and asking them to send you a postage paid envelope or the stamps to cover your postage costs as it was their mistake not yours.sMARTie wrote:heard back today!
