i have a capital one card.

n i wanna transfer some money over to my sister

is it possible to pay the money directly into her account using the card? or will i need to pay it into my account then transfer it to hers?

also, how do i do this?

Unfortunately you cannot do either.

Capital One does not allow transfers to Bank Accounts, the only thing I can think of is if you use the card to make purchases on behalf of your sister.

Or if she has a Credit Card, you could Balance Transfer the debt from her card, but make sure you know what rate of interest you will be paying first.

Best thing to do? Well an idea anyway...

Pay her in cash, and then use your credit card to pay for all of the previous 'cash' purchases. So if you always spend £50 in cash on your weekly shopping; use your creit card instead and give her the £50.

However, having worked for a credit card comapny before, I can vouch for them being the epitome of 'necessary evil'. Do ALL you can to get rid of it, and only ultimately only use for high value insureable things like a new TV etc, but pay it off from savings immediately.
