Don't worry about that, you only have to pay it before you put your next order in. Obviously it's preferable to do it as soon as you have all the money.
With regards to putting an order in early, you'll still only get it on the delivery date stated0 -

I've not even opened it! Put it in my box of "free gifts / xmas presents"!0

That reminds me, since March, I've managed to build up a whole load of stuff...I should go through it and see what can be used for presents0

when ordering from ht (demo items), can they be returned in ususal way??
thnx x
Yes, they can be returned in the usual way - I have returned quite a few demo products. It is exactly the same procedure online to return these as any other product.0 -
Thank you pugsley!! I remember one time I couldn't find an HT item, so I think I assumed I couldn't return it (which would be crazy anyway...)0

Not been on for a while had flu.
Kirsty you have done really well with your first order.
What happen to me was that I earnt the trust of customers who then passed books on to others. I then re canvassed my road and had more orders. I had the problem that two reps before me had really messed people about alot.
On a different note...... last campaign I had a none payer so return her items. I know seem to have another one a new customer.... when I phoned her last friday she asked could I deliver on Monday I agree as she was looking after her dad who was ill.....went round no one in..... so I phoned no reply so left a message for her to contact me.... told her if she no longer wanted the order to let me know.... I've heard nothing...... why do we get customers like this.... I wouldn't mind even if she just text me.
And with regards to sign up's had one yesterday and she wouldn't answer door..... what time wasters.Sue :j0 -

Thanks Pinkbabe! Hope your feeling better now!
I was really pleased with £250 because i really want the sample packs to try an Avon party
I really appreciate every bit of advice
I havent been given a road to canvass and im a bit shy about doing it.
Like you said some people are just too rude to care that your spending your time on them
I was thinking of putting notes through doors of my road introducing myself and telling them about the latest offers, maybe photocopy some pages, then ask them to call me if they would like a full brochure.
Hopefully this works... but dont know if people will call :-S

What I did was put a small note introducing myself...... I'm shy and hate knocking on doors even asking for books back but have done it and if someone is awful to me....I just shrug it off as there must be something wrong with them.... in the main most people are ok. It does take time to build up trust. My daughter has just started selling Avon and she has one of those over 55 caravan parks at first she didn't want to do it but has had loads of orders and one lady has even said she is taking the book into the local club as a few ladies want to order.... so I would do your territory.Sue :j0
