• dmg24 - It depends really, if the rep has you at the beginning of her campaign, then you could be looking at a 3 week wait. Each campaign lasts 3 weeks and it normally takes at least 5 days for a delivery. Has it been longer than that?

Sorry to hijack the thread, but could I ask a quick question please?

How long should it take from an agent ordering the products to delivering them? Am waiting for a delivery that I have ordered on behalf of other people, so the delay makes me look bad too! Can't really ask the rep as she is a bit of a livewire and likely to have a strop (lesson for future - use another rep! ;) ).

Thanks in advance! x

well each campaign lasts for three weeks and then it takes usually 6 days before we get delivery, so at the most, about 4 weeks?? x

C11: £110.09 so far
• So I got another £15.00 order posted through my letterbox this evening from one of my regulars. I didn't get around to posting my other cats so I will have to do it tomorrow for collection on Friday, cutting it fine if I do have any orders. Still got my carpet ordered so am happy!

I still have my work colleagues and a few other stragglers to try and get, but I don't think my order total will be much more. I think all the sales tend to be a bit lower for this campaign for all of us though, so we shouldn't be too down on ourselves. Hopefully C11 will be better. Still have to see if I can get any free nail varnishes, although I don't think I can, it doesn't seem that anyone has ordered stuff like that this time.

Hubbys just told me that Radio 2 have mentioned skin so soft with hints that its by avon as being the best insect repellant. This was about an hour ago.

Be prepared for any questions about which one of the range this is (lots of info earlier in this thread).

Thanks guys, it has been two weeks since the rep placed the order. She is new at it, think she sees the potential income but forgets that the customers need to get the products before she gets the money!

Will give her a gentle nudge tomorrow ... x

Most of my orders had 2 or 3 bottles of skin so soft on them, but we do have a lot of midgees round here. I had never heard anything about it till i started getting loads of orders for it and one of the customers said why she was buying so much of it.

You learn something new everyday.

:rotfl: my sales would rocket if i could somehow increase the insect population where i live:rotfl:

Haha, slightly off topic, but does anyone think Patrick Dempsey may be having money problems just now? I've seen him advertising things on the tv, I'm sure it was two different things and he's got the smelly stuff in Avon as well :) Sorry, I think it's a bit much with two different things in one day, just too funny...

I wonder if his Avon gig is anything to do with the fact he's married to Jillian Dempsey, Avon's Creative Colour Director :)

Apart from phoning them what other way is there to get in contact with ASMs?? I'm only on my second campaign and havent heard anything from her since before my first order date, over two weeks ago. I left her a voicemail on the tuesday asking her when she'd be round with my second camp cats and if I could have some more houses (which she'd encouraged when I signed up, she just had to figure out which roads werent taken) I sent her a couple of texts since she didn't answer her phone when i tried ringing again and i feel weird about leaving voicemails and i've heard nothing back. She did write her email address down for me but its kinda just a scribble :S My next order days Monday and this is really annoying me now, i mostly rinsed my F+F first campaign and since i'm still using the C9 cats i'm not getting very far, if it wasnt for the free nail varnish leaflets i'd only have my order!! I think it's really unfair that i'm paying my second £7.50 with this order when i've had literally no support and no cats etc. She didn't even tell me to order more order forms and that but I like free stuff so I ordered nearly all the free stuff listed in HT anyway :) I did think maybe she was just ill or something but maybe not now....anyway rant over, sorry guys.

i need to show you this...
100+ uses for SKIN- SO- SOFT
[Put your contact details here before giving to your customers]

PERSONAL USES:

• It's a bath oil and after shower moisturizer.
• It can be used to remove makeup.
• Great tanning oil (no sunscreen).
• Hot oil treatment to soften cuticles.
• Great massage oil for tired muscles.
• Cleans off tape marks left from bandages on skin.
• Cleans ink off the skin.
• Insect repellent.
• Helps relieve itching caused by dry skin.
• Cleans oil and grease off of skin.
• Painting something? Use Skin-So-Soft to remove paint from the hands. (Instead of turpentine).
• It soothes light sunburn.
• Rub hands with it before washing, it helps get them cleaner.
• Rub on dry, cracked skin....helps heal skin in 2-3 days.
• Put 1-2 caps full in liquid soap and use it for shaving legs and under arms. Helps razor glide and leaves skin feeling smooth.
• Pour a little into your Foot Saver to help moisturize your feet while you relax them.
• It removes chewing gum from hair, skin, and most non-pour us surfaces.
• Cleans permanent ink off stamps.
19. SSS Original Bath Oil works GREAT on Head Lice. Saturate head and let it set for 15 minutes. Then rinse under an outdoor faucet. Shampoo hair a couple of times to get the oil out, but the lice should be gone and stay gone!
20 It kills ants instantly.
21. Spray on skin to relieve dry itching skin. Helps skin retain its elasticity.
22 Wash hair with shampoo and conditioner like always and after it dries....Use about the size of a dime of SSS and rub it in your hair. It goes straight in and leaves hair as shiny as the ads on TV, not greasy at all, just soft and shiny.
23. Use bath oil towelettes -- cover window sill with towelettes to keep ants out.
24 Sometimes, using bath oil, like Avon's Skin So Soft, will work to loosen the glue which holds the nits to the hair. There is a product called Neon Nits, which when sprayed on the hair, will highlight the nits so you can see them to then snip them out with a small scissors.
25 Psoriasis on elbows. Try Avon's Skin-So-Soft bath oil spray on affected areas.
26 Bath use, fill bath with water and a little skin so soft, very relaxing and gets rid of dry skin.
