I had a customer at the end of my road, texted her, left a note saying please leave book out wednesday. Wed nothing, thur nothing, submitted order, fri nothing, sat order! But with creative ordering she is paying £2.50 and doesn't know it. So she gets her order and feels good.

I 've had 20 C10 brochures randomly delivered to me this morning at 7 am . I have no idea where they have come from but my SL already sent me 20 a week ago. The only cats i have ordered is C11 and i already have them!!! So i am a bit baffled but i aint going to moan if they are FREE. Means i can do my C10 territory quicker, lol.

My orders have slowed down a bit too, but i have about 15 cats to pick up tonight then im gonna put an additional C9 order in. Then make a start on my C10.

My partners mum rang this morning to ask if i do avon and if so can she order a load of stuff for her ex-pat friends in greece. His mum goes every 2 months or so and her friends are fast running out of sun cream and skin so soft as well as other stuff.

So there's another order for me. My first international customers.

Hi All,

Just started Avon, and met the target I was told by my SL. I was wondering what happens with the target next month.. how is it decided? How am I told? Are they feasible?

Loving it already- think have had a good first campaign as people seem to be really pleased to have an avon rep again in my area.

princesswoo well done on your international customers! How great is that. hmm, must go make international friends...LOL.

Hi Doo Lally! I never got given targets for my first 2 camps, just got told to go out there really!! I think targets are more of a motivator, if you don't meet MOV you don't get commission, you don't get a telling off, it's up to you!
Although we have had a target for our next three camps (11, 12, 13) combined total. You get some prizes for meeting it, and if you don't? Then no biggie, you just don't get freebies.

Hmmm ive just had what seems to be an automated email from my SL saying she will be out of the office and will respond to me on her return.

Funny thing is it says she will be out of the office from 06/06/09 - 06/10/09 thats 4 months!!!! I hope she replies sooner than that, lol.

I only ever aim to meet the minimum order value so that I earn commision, otherwise there's no point. With regards to all the other targets, if i make them great if i dont i wont loose sleep over it.

I think the dates might be typed as mm/dd/yy instead of dd/mm/yy

so she's out of the office from 6th june - 10th june xxx

Hi not been on for a few days - was at my sisters Friday night as me, my sis & Mum went to a spa on Saturday Had a lovely time - feel like a new woman lol!:p

Went out with ASM again this morning to see the lady we signed up just over a week ago, she isn't doing too well with orders so far, but I think she is going to give it a go to see if people order next time or the time after. Doesn't help that most of her friends & family are away at the moment! And ASM is taking me out again tomorrow morning to go prospecting - so you never know I might have someone else signed up tomorrow if I'm very lucky! Luckily she said she is willing to travel with me when I'm doing sign-ups in my training period - so at least I haven't got to stick to my very immediate area which is good.

Got 4 adverts put up over the weekend, will try and get some more up this week. Looked into advertising in the newspaper - but it's ridiculously expensive! Will stick to shop windows lol! One is only 75p a week so have paid for 2 months! Worth a try!

OH went and delivered books to his territory this morning - he said he had one bloke give him the book back and say quite nastily that if he puts another one through then it will be binned :rolleyes:, plus he collected up orders from my round this morning, not added them up yet as didn't have chance but I think this is going to be a low campaign - noone at work is ordering this time! Surprising as there is some good offers in!

Feel a bit of an idiot though - Mum text me and said one of her friends was missing a hand cream from her order.....she ordered 2....I definately know I only had one in my delivery - so I have a feeling I only ordered one!:o oops! Luckily the lady is really nice so shouldn't mind waiting until next my delivery, especially as I gave her a free gift this time with ordering 6 times! Good job really!:rotfl:

i was thinking of ordering the flower by cynthia rowley shower gel from the clearance in HT12 maybe as gifts and whatnot =]. i was just wondering if anyone had smelt it? some avon perfumes are a bit awful i find... i shouldn't say that really :rotfl:
oooh and another thing what would people say is the nicest smelling thing in the AVON naturals shower gel and shampoos?
i'm full of questions today
