Not had any problem... BUT its only been up just over a week... one thing i purposely did was i didnt put my phone number... just my avon specific email address... part of me in cautious about putting my mobile number on the net but doesnt mind it being on all my order forms etc:rotfl:

Yippee!!! My order arrived this morning at 8! Just checked it and it's all there apart from a couple of samples.
I've got some sales booklets saying "SALE 6" - I assume those are to go in with campaign 6 books? I've also been given a few bookmarks advertising the garden set & tatty teddy figure (from C6) that it says I can put in with C5 with me being on a late mail plan? Is that right? Looks like I have been ripped off twice and I am fuming !!!
I placed 2 adverts on the Avon Wanted site for items that were out of stock in my last order - Namely the Pashmina and the London Bag.
I had multiple responses to both and sent the money to 2 other reps who said that they had the items and included an extra amount for P & P
This was over 2 weeks ago and neither item has turned up and I have had no response to my emails to either of them !!! Luckily I paid for one by Paypal so have raised a dispute but I didnt think people would do this for £7.50 and £9.00 respectively
Has this happened to anyone else

I looked on the Avon forums and there were a few posts about being ripped off, i would have thought they are easily traceable, have you talked to your ASM0

hi guys just want to vent some frustration:mad::mad:!ive lost one of my highest ordering customer to on-line ordering as she can get the newer items approx three weeks before i can deliver them!
my camp 5 delivery date is 13th march as im on mail plan o. however the camp 5 brochure is on-line from 19th feb.
so i go and waste my time showing this customer new products that she will then order online as she can get them sooner!i can see wherer she is commin from however i feel seriously let down by avon as we work hard and then get a slap in he face like this?makes me so angery!!!!:mad::mad:0 -

Its worth a try, are you just going to let it go ?
Personally i would offer them 5-10% at least you are getting something.
I know how you feel but there is nothing you can do thats how Avon works they cant supply everyone at once thats why they stagger it out.0 -

and i know that but why not offer the internet orders after all the reps have been served!0
