I hope you recover soon, that's sounds awful, and definitely the worst avon related accident I have heard on these boards but not the first. I sprained my ankle in the line of duty, was painful and was out for about a week!

My first post on the Avon thread - broke my ankle on someones path on monday - just home from hospital today.
Worst avon related accident to date?

You should have been told which area you are in.
If it's not written on your book, let me have your postcode and i will tell you0 -

Hi all sorry if this may seem annoying but i have received my account number today and having logged in i went to the tab entitled sales aids, etc there is a huge list of things on there but no prices i am not quite sure what i would need from that list of products, also the leaflet i was given by my SL the starter kit for £10 it doesn't appear to be on that list,do i just use the code on the leaflet and submit that with the main order?
There is also a product wanting to be ordered from C4 but you can only choose one option in your account, how would i go about ordering this item?
Many thanks guys and am sorry if these questions are stupid x

Yeah I ordered that bag too, just enter the code in the order part. If you click on "search" then it should bring up the name of the item if you want to double check that you have the right code. When you are ordering items, there should be a drop down box by the side of each part for entering codes - if you click on this box then you can choose the previous issue (C4). It's always useful to use your "old" books on half your round that way you are getting the best use of the books - and sometimes by back/forward ordering you can make yourself a bit of extra money, for example a product might be £5 in C5, but in C4 it could be £3 - the customer will give you £5, but if you order it from Avon for £3 then thats an extra £2 automatically!HTHAvon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0 -
Hello,
Anyone around today??
I spoke to my ASM direct last night after getting nowhere with me SL over territiry. She was shocked that I had been given so few houses. YEY she agrees with me.
She is going to get back to me by tomorrow about more. She has just got to check her map but she said she was very busy today. I have got my fingers crossed that she doubles it!!!£2,000 by October 09 for Wedding got £500/£2,000Avon - C4=£170, C5=£194, C6=£119,C7=£60 (aim = £200, 60/200)0 -
Can anyone help do you think ?
I'm interested in becoming an Avon rep - I've added my details onto Avon site and a sales leader site in my area (Swindon) and no-one has got back to me (its been 2 days now) . Any idea's as to how I can get a sales leader to contact me ?
Many thanks0 -

I have to say, your ASM is being a little unfair to your sales leader. sales LEaders don't have any access to the territory, it is all assigned by the ASM, there is no way around that. So your ASM must have assigned that small territory in the first place!
The only other thing that may have happened is that your sales leader only gave you part of your territory and wanted to make sure you were covering what you had before giving you the rest of it. Not something I've ever done, but I know some do.
But your sales leader should let you know what is going on! I'm not on duty 24/7 and I do have weekends where I go 'off contact' but I always give my reps plenty of prior warning and the opportunity to get anything that needs sorted before that.0 -
When I originally got my territory I asked my SL if I could have more she just said no. No explanation or nothing.
I did my 60 houses and got my orders back but still had 10 days till my order had to be in so I asked her again. She said lets see how you get on with this many for a few months then I will ask for more for you. So I have done no AVON for over two weeks, and can't do any more till my order comes.
She came to see me after I placed my first order and I mentioned it again telling her that I had 2 weeks where I could be delivering and after being on here 60 seemed like the lowest anyone had got and she said that if I wanted more I had to sort it out myself with ASM as she was not going to ask for me, apparently it is my responsibility to sort it out with the ASM not hers! Is that wrong? I do get the feeling some times she does not have time to deal with reps.£2,000 by October 09 for Wedding got £500/£2,000Avon - C4=£170, C5=£194, C6=£119,C7=£60 (aim = £200, 60/200)0
