ooh see I'm the opposite.. i use it as a selling point... i use the 90 day thing as one my "selling points" in comparison to the high street...!

I was just bout to go out to drop books.... and its gone from drizzle... to torrential rain... to heavy snow in past half hour!

They will find the info about 90 day returns if they need it, hasn't it been this way for a while? I don't purposely tell my customers but if they ask about returns or want to return something il do my best when that happens.

I do make quite a big thing of the 'no-quibble' guarantee (in fact it's the header on my brochure collection tickets this time). I just leave out the 90 days bit ;-)

Hi everyone

Just to let you know that I have finished my first campaign and have orders of £250. Wahey brilliant don't you think?? Would of had more but with a limit on first order had to restrain myself putting more books out lol. I couldn't even order anything for myself. :mad: But there will be loads more books I can order from. Does anyone else find this frustrating??

Anyway hope everyone did good this time too :j

You cant check future brochures as such. Just the HT brochures that your allowed to order from that campaign. So for me as I'm on C4 its HT5 and HT6.

I havent got the HT6 in hard copy yet as I havent received my order yet so cos im impatient and nosy (:rotfl: ) i went to the "view my order" bit on the website and then went to "next step" part where you should be able to see the 2 HT's in pdf format..... but remember after youve taken a look to "go back to my order" and not go any further until your ready to submit your order for real on order day...
