(Oh and if something is out of stock but needs it to get a beauty bonus bag will they not send the bag? just the thermalift is showing yellow... and when i checked the customer website its out of stock there...... and i need it to qualify for the beauty bonus bag from the C18 for 2 of the items for my customers.... Not sure if i should order the products i want out of it incase it doesnt turn up! )

Woosh, call the reps line and they will arrange the credit for the other one (don't think it lets you return it from the invoice) and order the right one. Technically you can only buy it in your first two campaigns, but it's not a hard and fast rule, they'll let you if you explain.
Lyns, yay on the leads :T it's good news. If your other lady works days you might have trouble getting your ASM to do the sign up, they technically only work til 5, although mine goes out of her way to help everyone, not all of them do. Also re Flissy's I sent Fliss an email and she replied asking a few basic bits of info, they do that cos they don't want head office snoops I think! Her email is on the homepage.
Johanne, Don't worry about C3 and C4 books showing OOS, this is a glitch and they have PROMISED they will arrive as normal. Also I don't know what will happen with the bonus bag, I'd order the items you need just in case, you can always return them if you don't need them after all
Ellie, yes you can return them! I order loads just to have a look at, or decide I don't like it after all, or I bought them on the off chance I could flog them, and there's no problem doing that.
Bikerchick, you should speak to your ASM - firstly so she can check what is going on with the rep (you'd be amazed how many reps think they have territory that technically they don't) and second because NOBODY has the right to be rude to you. Some reps need a kick up the a:eek:e and that's the ASM's job! Don't expect an instant result, though, because they're all at the ball tomorrow and friday then most of them start their Xmas hols early.0 -
Advice/help needed please
My C18 order was delivered yesterday, got round to sorting it out last night and I have sooo much stuff that I have been charged for but it's not been delivered, so much that I am wodering if there is a box of mine lost somewhere.
I called ASM (usually very helpful) this morning and she said to make a list of what's missing and she'd call when she got in, sounded like she was driving so thought she meant soon but still not heard back from her, was hoping to hear from her earlyish so if it came to having to reorder everything I didn't miss any time deadline to get an order processed today.
She did say though that my orders are delivered by Express Parcels, Leeds, as I said I wanted to call and see if they had any left over boxes, but I can't find any info for them online (don't wanna ring the wrong place n start asking about alost Avon delivery!!)
This being a campaign so close to xmas, I really can't be doing with this, eg. 2 of the items are 2 out of 3 baubles 1 customer ordered, if they arn't going to turn up till I get my next delivery she's not going to want them as it's the 22nd, so wont get to her till 23rd (can't find a "grrr" icon!!!)
And that's another thing, 2 of 3 baubles missing, meaning they did deliver 1, would it be likely I have a box missing as I can't see why they'd put 2 of 1 thing in 1 box and 1 in another.
I am so confused, and stressed.
What should I do? Call ASM again? Wait for her to call me? Try ringing round all couriers that match Express Parcels in Leeds??? :eek:

Hi Fee, welcome. :wave:
First thing, check the side of one of your boxes to find out how many boxes you should have received - it'll say 1 of 18 or whatever.
You could call the courier, but I find it easier to call head office. They should send out replacements for the missing items then investigate after. Do insist on immediate replacement, don't let them fob you off with all that next delivery stuff. If you don't make much headway try calling the sales leader line 'by mistake' as they're normally more helpful.
ASMs will be hard to get hold of the next few days as they are at their Xmas Ball.0 -
i just thought... im getting some of the products i need in the anniversary pack! If i knew i was deffo getting the the pack i could leave £28 of customers items off my order!! But im not going to chance it...0

Is head office different to the call center then? I know if I have to call india I will be ALOT more frustrated by the end of it, and prob no better off!!

The numbers on the side of my box are what's confused me, they all say "of 9" and I did have 9 (including box of brochures and a water fountain) but 1 says "10 of 9" ??? eh?
Just rushing off to get littleun from school now, incase you reply, don't want you to think I'm ignoring you!

Hey, this is becoming the fizziefee page lol.
Well, I called call center and they told me all I could do was fill out a replacement form online and request imediate replacements which will take 5-7 days.
Paniced a bit then as this is a short campaign my next order will be due next Weds and they'l be wanting payment for things I'v not had a chance to receive/get money for. But good ol' ASM has called them for me and they say just to deduct what all the replacements come to from bill for now and she's going to keep an eye on my account for me too.
So, feeling bit better than I did before)

That's good, at least you've got a helpful ASM!
Mine's lovely too, she's passing me her leads while she's away (shhh! don't tell anyone) and one just came through. Only problem being the girl hung up as soon as I said where I was from. Why apply in the first place, muppet?! :mad:
I am making gift baskets to go try sell at the moment. I'm sick of shredding tissue paper, my shredder shreds too wide. Any one got any idea where I can buy some ready shredded stuff cheap?0
