the rep orange offer what exactly was that...how was it acheived and what did you get with it i cant seem to find my HT with it in.

A few pages back someone said about putting all the orders onto an Excel grid to make it easier for creative ordering etc.

Does anyone have a template they could e-mail me (PM me first and I can give you e-mail)

I'm not exactly sure what the poster meant, I'm tired, had a rough day at work so easily confused tonight!!

Hi everyone,

My C18 order has to be in on Thursday and total looking good atm. I wondered whether anyone has sold much of the Absynthe? I took up the phone offer for 5 plus beauty bag bonus, but am having to send 4 back this week lol!

I also made PC this year and have got 5 bottles of Spotlight sitting in my cupboard. Gave out flyers with C18 books, but no orders so will probably send those back too.

Haven't had anyone take up the Orange offer either. Sometimes I think the deals are just too confusing and customers can't be bothered.

Hi it's my first time using this forum although I have been using the site for years so I am sorry if I have posted this in the wrong place. I am a newbie on the Avon scene and have only been a rep for a couple of weeks. I was given territory of 140 houses (roughly) by my ASM, sounds good doesn't it? but out of those houses over 2/3 were covered "unofficially" by another rep who lived in that street, which left me with almost noone to cover as I did the knocking on doors and most didn't want Avon at all. Great! Now I have had a customer who ordered from me calling me from that street saying she has had another 2 Avon brochures through this week after not seeing one for about 9 months. I was very lucky to be given another street which someone had given up doing ( wonder why as so far I have received 1 order out of 50+ houses this week. Now turns out that another Rep has (re)-started down there as I have seen her books out alongside mine. Having had all this happen I mentioned it to my ASM but I was not complaining as I believe that that's business and you will get competition. So I tried down a small side street off of my territory, asked a resident if she received avon book etc she said no and that she hadn't seen a rep for months (this was clear by the pile of 3 tatty and old avon brochures outside her house), likewise for another couple of houses there, so I dropped a few off to houses down that street and informed my ASM as I didn't want to upset anyone by strealing their patch despite it being done to me. I was given go ahead but told to be prepared incase a rep did get in touch and complain. Today my ASM received a really nasty call from one SL threatening to call me and have a go and all sorts. Luckily my ASM was lovely about it and gave me some more territory. Thing is is this the way reps and SL normally behave? Is it normal for them to pounce on your patch but go mad if you dare step foot on their's, even by mistake. Do I just need to toughen up and carry on as it has left me feeling a bit bitter and worried. Do you knock on everydoor outside your territory before you post or do you just drop through the door? Seems others just drop but I get banged up if I do it. Thanks for any advice and sorry to go on and on and on.......

As I was new I only had to sell 5 bottles of the Absynthe . I ordered 6 . So far I have sold 3 and was keeping one for myself. Going to a Xmas Fayre at school next week so I was going to reduce price to £18 for the last two. Might give one to a friend without the bonus bag as she wouldn't be bothered about it . Know she said she liked it . She gave me a good order when I started but felt it was only because of me. She did say to order her a bottle . feel that my customers aren't willing to pay that much for perfume. Sold quite a few of Bloom one now that it comes with free shower gel and body lotion and I don't rate it all. Think £4 makes a big difference. I notice I have my ipod coming with my order tomorrow so that will be more Xmas sorted.:T

I've just picked up (most of) the brochures I gave out on my territory. I dropped the brochures through people's doors and then knocked to get them back.

Also confused: i had an item show up twice 23044 serum c18 on subtotal page but only found one on order page. Deleted one on order page but still shows one now on subtotal. I do want one but only one. Will it be missed of order but charged?

That should be fine, if it allows you to order. Think if you don't qualify, it won't let you order.

Not sure about your serum showing up twice. Maybe wait till you receive your order, might be glitch on system. If you do receive 2, just credit one back and send it back with your next delivery and you won't get charged for it.

My Avon order is due to go in today but I have just realised that I have forgotten to pay the balance. I don't get paid until next week so don't have enough money in my bank account today

Does anyone know if you can pay by credit card?

Hi, you cannot pay by credit card.

Even though it shows on your invoice you have paid by credit card.

They won't release your order till the balance is paid. Could someone lend you the money until next week when you get paid?
