I know, it is so frustrating for you.

Someone earlier, about a few pages back in the thread said they had to submit their order early as had reached their first credit limit and got it early.

Talk to the courier company see if there is anyway your order can be delivered earlier.

I often ask for an additional order to be released early - in fact I am expecting an extra delivery tomorrow or Tuesday. Basically, I submit the order online, then phone the helpline and ask them to release the order early. It then takes 5-7 days to arrive. They will only do this though if you have enough credit limit on your account. The only problem though with this, is that you do not have a set delivery time for the additional order, so you don't really know when the order will arrive. My main order is always on a Friday, and it is always here about 9am.
  • some1s ordered the spectracolor lipstick but i got a message last camp saying they mite not be able to take any orders for them, i ordered 1 last time and it didnt come. but the thing is is that its part of a buy 3 for £18 does anyone know if there are anymore coming soon?

There is a message about this in the "my messages" section of the website - a lot of them are not available (I know that there are no pinks in stock - and they are sending a lipsick and a lipgloss as alternatives). "The Nudes" is available - or were least week anyway. They have had supplier problems, and they are stopping selling them.
  • My delivery is supposed to come on a thurs morning 1st couple camps it was coming about 7.30 (fine) but over past year been getting earlier and earlier and now coming about 6.15:eek: (too early for me!) Allways seem to answer the door in my PJs:eek: Just hope he doesn't come any earlier!

laverne, my poor friend goes to bed late and usually gets up late but because her Avon delivery comes around 7.30 am on delivery day, she is usually jumping out of bed when the courier knocks at the door and going down in her dressing gown.

Wow, can't believe they are delivering to you so early! Thought the earliest they could do it was 7.30. You must live right next to the courier depot.

thank you. next question lol WHERE DOES IT SAY WHETHER YOU CAN ONLY GET ONE DEMO PRODUCT OR MORE ETC??? I wanted 2 of the ultimate pedicure on the back page of HT18. so how do you know how many you can have?

also i emailed avon about the wrong coloured foundation that i mentioned a few days ago...got a reply today saying the replacement is added to my order to to credit the old one as usual...well done avon. :)

    Hi Phia

I've found in the past that you can get away with back ordering the same item as a back order in the next campaign (ie order 1 in C17, then one in C18). Worth a try anyway ;)

PS - snap! Just seen Laverne's post!

BTW - just sparing a thought for those of you in Cumbria and surrounding areas - hope you're all ok and not having to view this on a mobile because your PC has been drowned :grouphug:

That icon was a grouphug, not as shown!!!!

  • Well I was out delivering orders on saturday and a customer had pointed out that someone else had put a book through her door  The other rep had put her address on the form so I wrote a polite letter saying that I do this road and listed the other roads that I do and put it through her door. I also suggested that she contacts her ASM or sl (whoever signed her up) to point out this problem.

I'm struggling for customers as it is. she lives on the road i deliver to but i don't do her house as it's not in my number range. I think she may be new as I haven't seen her books out before.

I text my SL and asked for my asm's contact details. This has happened to me loads recently and i'm starting to get really annoyed about it.

  • It could just be an innocent mistake (as you say, you don't deliver to her house as it's not in your number range so how is she expected to know?)

You've sent a polite letter, so hopefully it'll all be sorted. I can understand your frustration if it's happened to you before, but if this girl's a new start-up (like me) then she's allowed to make a couple of mistakes.

Have any of you ladies been looking at the '30 deals in 30 days' that avon is running for November? Any one impressed.? I was the other day; I've been after one of those sunrise alarm clocks but couldn't justify the price tag ( even for avon was still quite high!) & the other day it was £6!!! :D
    One pleased avon rep here!
hope we all have a lovely day!

That's why I advised her to call her SL or ASM. I also gave her my number if she wished to give me a call about. I made the mistake when I was newbie on my old territory, when over my number range but 5 doors and treaded on someone elses toes. It's easily done. I was also allocated someone elses road on my new territory. ASM needs to sort this out really as it keeps happening in my area. There are a lot of reps where i live.
