Bancrupsy&bank Charges Please Help

Hi, Can You Claim On Credit Cards & Bank Charges If They Were Included In A Bancrupsy.it Was Mainly Charges Etc Why I Had To Go Bancrupt To Stop All Charges??it Was 07 .any Ideas Anyone .bancrupsy Has Been Discharged I Think It Was Ayear Ago.

Hi, im claiming back mine and so far haven't had any problems I was discharged from Bankrupsy in Feb 09.
But I have signed up through a company to get them back as I also had to go Bankrupt because of bank charges and just dont need the stress.

The debts are no longer yours and any assets that are attainable from those debts are no longer yours either - check what BR means! You are in your right to make a claim, but any funds should be passed to your official receiver as they own them now. You may find that the OR will be passed them anyway by the banking institutions.0
