HELP! I signed a contract which differed from the salesman's witnessed verbal agreement!
The verbal condition of sale was the car i needed for work to arrive on the promised date. It didn't. So as is the norm in major car showrooms i asked for a courtesy car till its arrival. No was the answer after having to ring back up to an hour later when told they would call back in "two mins." Final straw was being told to wait until "early next week," up to seven days from the agreed and urgent date.
I verbally canceled and went and bought a similar vehicle the same day.
I verified this out of courtesy again the next day, citing the above and poor customer service from the off, only to be told by a discourteous manager that they are holding me to the contract and withholding my £250 deposit. They now expect me to still buy their car!
Has any moneysaver had any problems with the FordM53ellesmere port branch. Or any advice as i'm at my wits end.. Thanks
