Freezer Boost/ fast freeze button - save electricity

:j Have just found my freezer was on the boost/super/fast freeze (varies in name with manufacturer) setting, and its anyones guess how long it has been for.
Worth checking as uses a lot more electricity, and you cant get the ice cream out of the tub as it is too hard! (In fact, hard ice cream could allert you to this problem)
Also worth checking the temperature setting isnt unnecessarily low.
Check those fast freeze buttons for a fast saving!
