Strange because Dell only sells direct, some stock in PC World, and on shopping channels.

For best dell deals, visit www.dmxdimension.com which summaries the best offers.

I suspect they are refurbs, and Dell have a dedicated refub Outlet shop online , with very good prices

defo brand spanking, checked my tower out with dell once i got it just to be sure i wasn't being sold a refurb as a brand new model.
guess they deal with dell direct in some shape or form?
