    it is Herbie21

    If you put the space in it will not find her.

    When you find a thread to which she has contributed, click on her name and either click send a message or click public profile and then send a message.

    Her inbox does get full sometimes.

    I have also sent a pm to Herbie21 to 'point' her to your post - she may take a day or so, but she will come back to you.

    And thanks, RAS, for explaining - I will try to be a little more explicit in future. :beer:

    Hi rog2,

    Your efforts are very much appreciated. I had written to Herbie21 and she kindly replied favouring the N244 route which I will now pursue.

    Regards

    Hi
    All
    I have been receiving letters from Mackenzie Hall Ltd regarding an old debt from around 1994/95 which I have no recollection of so I done an internet search and found this site and after reading advice ignored all of the further letters I have received even to the letter stating that they would be taking legal action, I have just received a letter this morning stating that;
    “You have been previously written to but no response has been received.
    Please call 01563 556040 quoting Ref No .............. immediately to avoid action being taken against you. Should we fail to receive a response to our communications, we shall have no other alternative but to pass this account to our field collectors who will call within the next 7 days.”
    Can anyone advise what I should do next and has anyone had a visit from their field collectors? If so what should I do/say
    Best regards
    Rambo-Rob
