Where to advertise Discount Code website?

I was hoping someone would have some good suggestions on where to advertise my discount code directory website. For a website on a small scale budget is AdWords the only option? Forums dont like it because they consider it spamming...

In the US, consumers get offered loads of discounts or rebates and mail-in rebate schemes. Especially for electrical goods. Quite a few sites dedicate themselves to publishing them. Angers me that us british consumers don't get the same amount of offers by manufacturers and retailers. So nice to see a UK site that lists discount codes.0
