I do not know why Martin recommends Talk/Talk bundle. Tiscali do one for £19.99 which icludes free line rental, free calls at any time (except the usual 0845 etc) and free calls to a dozen foreign countries. With broadband up to 8mb and a free router I do not see how you can beat this for value.
