    had a nice evening chatting to my friend about her travels, her return to were we both used to work and my new job (s!). She said she thought I was definitely 'back to the old Keren' and had said after we spoke on the phone the other day that she thought I sounded really confident again after everything that had happened - which is good really!

    I have just had a chicken buttie..i was going to make soup tonight but the smell would drive me mad..so munched a buttie instead:D And a herbal tea, in a bid to sleep but will be on here to silly o clock i have no doubt:o

    Still not sleeping any better Bob hun ? I can't usually keep my eyes open could sleep for England ! Mind you go thru phases of waking waaaay too early too. WHat's that all about ?

    Sometimes i have about 3 hours sleep and am fine other times i could sleep the day away..not that i get chance:rolleyes: I was awake at 6 this morning and went to sleep at about 3am..:mad: tried to catnap but it didn't work:o And now i am wide awake..if i had the energy i would go clubbing:rotfl:
